For new customers, or those unfamiliar with our answering service, please speak to a team member who will be happy to direct your call to the most appropriate team member. We offer real people who provide real solutions. All calls are handled by priority.

Here's what we do after you call with a problem;

1. Our representative will discuss with you the nature of the difficulty and attempt to solve the problem immediately over the phone.
2. If the problem is not corrected, a site visit is booked to diagnose the problem.
3. On site, our representative will determine the problem, and discuss with you alternatives to correct it.
4. Our representative will attempt to correct the problem at your place of business. (As much as we attempt to avoid it, the solution may include the removal of hardware from you site for a brief period of time.*)
5. Before leaving our representative will answer any questions you may have and provide some helpful hints to avoid future difficulties
